About the job
Team located in Uppsala, Athens and Helsinki, 12 specialists with various backgrounds and special skills. Experience from different departments within the company. We have split ownership of different areas within the team. One team working on daily incoming support jiras, small and big issues, analyzing/investigating to solve the issue or report and request help from our development teams. Another team focusing on prioritization of development and bug related issues, also to support and lead the team on a daily basis. Within the team we encourage personal development and learning from each other to grow as a team. We work closely with many of the development teams and act as a single point of contact and subject matter expert for new features and enhancements ensuring high quality, automation and user friendly tools.
We’re looking for a sharp logical and analytical mind in love with solving problems. Someone driven by finding the most effective way to a new solution.
We want you to have:
- GDS knowledge
- Experience working with air fare and air rules
- Analytical skills and ability to understand how changes affect earnings and make decisions based on it
It’s nice if you have:
- Experience working in Antares/D365
- Good understanding of our business and a sales driven mindset
You’ll need a problem-solving attitude and independently take action and make decisions to fix problems in our different systems. You will participate in development projects to ensure high automation, optimization and efficient work process for our agents. You will also work with the daily tasks in the System Support team, like administration of our booking systems and settings of rules for our automated booking process in the systems.
For this position you must be able to question decisions from the organization. We also want you to see potential improvements and can push for changes.
