Qatar Airways (QR) have embarked on an exciting transformation journey to change how we interact with our customers. As part of this journey, we are now recruiting for the role of Senior Sales Operations Agent and Senior Group Sales Agent for our Northern Europe Region, which includes 7 countries – Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Russia and Ukraine.
Based in Stockholm, you will act as a key member of our group team working towards set sales targets. You will act as our first line support to our trade partners, providing five star service, supporting the trade with any technical queries and/ or booking requests. You will identify and support group movements that will help contribute towards the stations revenue. If groups are not for you, we are also looking for temp. Senior Sales Operations Agents for up to 2 years. You will provide five star service to Qatar Airways internal and external customers. Act as Qatar Airways product and process expert supporting in more complex tasks related to reservations and ticketing. Follow-up with trade partners on enquiries via e-mail and Trade Portal. Refunds, Trade/Corporate Account support and administrative tasks related to sales support are also part of your duties.

•Minimum of 3 years of job-related experience either with a travel agency or airline.
•Experience in reservations/ticketing; ticket issuance, pricing, reissuance, refunds (calculations both manual and automatic) Good knowledge of tariffs and fares/ fare rules, or similar experience from group sales.
•Good knowledge of Amadeus (reservations, ticketing, history, TIMATIC etc.)
•PC literacy including MS Office.
•Strong problem-solving, relationship building and communication skills.
•Fluency in English and one or more of the Scandinavian languages (written and spoken). Polish, Russian or Ukrainian languages desirable but not essential.
